Mr. Weinberg formerly co-founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hawk Corporation (AMEX: HWK). In addition, he has served as Chairman of New West Eyeworks, Chairman & CEO of SunMedia Corp. He serves on the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland Clinic and is a Director of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

B. Christopher DiSantis is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Verso Corporation. Verso, a Fortune 1000 company, is a leading North American producer of printing papers, specialty papers and pulp with $2.6 billion in sales traded on the NYSE (VRS). The company’s printing papers are designed primarily for commercial printing, media and marketing applications, including magazines, catalogs, books, direct mail, corporate collateral and retail inserts. Specialty papers are used primarily for label and converting, flexible packaging and technical paper applications.
Before joining Verso in February 2017, Mr. DiSantis was the Chief Executive Officer of H-D Advanced Manufacturing Company, Chief Executive Officer of Latrobe Specialty Metals, Inc. (now a subsidiary of Carpenter Technology Corporation), and President, Hawk Corporation.
Bob Harward is the Chief Executive for Lockheed Martin in UAE.
He recently retired as a Vice Admiral in the United States Navy. His most recent assignment was as Deputy Commander US Central Command. As a Navy SEAL, Bob served in a variety of SEAL and Special Operations Commands to include command of US and Coalition forces under a variety of Task Forces conducting combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Mr. Harward's significant recognitions include the Donovan Award from the CIA, the Distinguished Service Award from the Department of State, the German Silver Star, the Polish Silver Star, and he was designated a Commander of the Polish GROM (Special Operation Forces). In addition, the Department of Defense awarded him the Defense Distinguished Service Medal (three), the Navy Distinguished Service Medal, the Bronze Star with V device (four), and the Presidential Unit Citation (two) for leading troops in combat.
